What’s GRIT?

  • Custom designed workouts
  • Nutritional guidance and healthy diet plans
  • Authentic personal accounts for good ole’ inspiration
  • To restore and maintain individual hope, self-confidence and health through the provision of free, high-quality fitness and nutrition tools.
  • To help develop mental GRIT.  GRIT = perseverance and passion for long term goals.
  • Free.  Health is a human right.  The GRIT by Brit site is vehicle that connects us to effective workouts and nutrition advice.  We don’t have to be wealthy to be healthy!
  • Fierce.  All workouts posted and endorsed are INTENSE and EFFECTIVE.  We are stronger than we think we are! GRIT challenges us to push our bodies and our minds to be our best selves.
  • Fitness.  Physical activity and exercise are the heart of GRIT.  Learning to endure through physical challenges teaches us how to endure through greater life challenges.

Booya Fitness will launch as an online workout video platform on New Years Day – follow Booya Fitness on Twitter and go to their site on New years day – I think they are giving out some free trial workouts!
